Each year, the NVAL Charity Committee collects and reviews our Request for Funding Applications and selects three charities to present to our membership. The NVAL membership then votes to select a charity to be the beneficiary of our largest fundraiser, a Holiday Luncheon, which takes place on the first Tuesday of December. The remaining two charities become the beneficiaries of our second annual fundraiser, a Phantom Party, a springtime mailing.
