This year, as always, NVAL has curated some lovely specialty baskets for our FestivFall events, as well as two special watercolor paintings by our very own Jane Coonce. At each event, four baskets and one painting will be on display, and the winning raffle tickets for those items will be drawn at that event. You may purchase your raffle tickets at the event, or purchase them in advance for any basket or painting displayed at either event. NVAL will make sure your tickets are placed in the correct box before the raffle drawing. Winning ticket holders do not need to be present to claim their prize.

NVAL’s popular “mystery” basket provides an elegant and relaxing afternoon in the city with friends. We can’t tell you more, but this will be a potful of fun!
“Purple Tulips by the Window”
A watercolor by artist (and NVAL member) Jane Coonce, this 14 x 18 painting has a beautiful wide gold frame and is ready for hanging. The gorgeous painting depicts a pot of purple tulips on a table. There are patterns throughout, and a blue and white bowl that holds oranges, a blue and white Chinese urn, a blue and white table cloth, and a striped wall paper are in the background. The painting repeats the blue and the orange hues for color harmony. The window in the background repeats the blue with the sky and has green to tie into the leaves of the tulips. Looking at this lovely work hanging in your home will give you pleasure for years to come. |

Another watercolor by our very own Jane Coonce, this lovely 11 x 14 painting is framed in a beautiful gold that is intricately carved. The painting depicts azalea blossom up close that are in focus, and the background has the out-of-focus colors of the azaleas and the leaves. The colors are pinks and greens with some pale yellows and pale blues. A treasure to hang in your home!
